You'd round down I guess to the nearest whole pence, 11p. Unless you have been specifically asked to round up, in which case it would be 12pence. There's no such thing as .2 of a pence, so you'd have to round one way or the other!
If something was priced at 11.2p though in a shop, you can bet your life they'd charge you 12p, not eleven!!!

at the start i thought "Hmmm is this a joke?" then i remembered the good old days when i had to do that in maths. 11p. same explanation as the otheres. 11 whole pennies and the .2 is below 5 therefore it is insignificant.

If correctly rounded down its 11p but if it were on a gas bill for example i believe companies round up no matter what so its 12p
