You can easily set that up on your own computer, by installing SQL 2005 Express and IIS.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/sql/

Install IIS by going to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components

Add IIS (Internet Information Services)

Make sure you also have the .NET 2.0 framework installed -

The cheapest host I know of that offers Server 2003 and SQL 2005 is http://www.re-invent.com/ , which offers a hosting package that meets your specifications for $4/mo.

those listed in peoples' postings above are solid ones yet they sometimes cases restriction you and performance a great number of dad-united statesand commercials on the web pages. My suggestion is to ascertain along with your information superhighway provider service. operating example, I easily have Comcast cable information superhighway and that i have the alternative of having a information superhighway web site hosted for loose with my subcription. Verizon DSL shoppers have a similar selection. those in a great number of cases provide you extra liberty than the advert-depending loose web pages.
