i think so. people have so meany cell phones that it is distracting peole from studies. i live in canada and i know that cell phones dont disturb studies. we use it for emergencies and people in india use it for entertainment and showing off.

NO, but it also depends....some cases it may distract........in some cases not.but THOSE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO STUDY THEY STUDY EVEN IF THEY HAVE ANY PROBLEM OR ANY DISTRACTIONS and those who dont mak excuse of almost everything,.....for diestraction of studies............thats wat i think...
