Dvnd2ed will not delete?

Question

its an exe file....used for editing saved games in Diablo 2. I dont want it anymore but it wont delete, says make sure the disc is not full or write-protected or currently in use. Help pls

try booting up in safe mode, and deleting it from there. it could be that the file is in use -- usally this would fix that
