thin and make the perfect high sharp arch shape? i hate plucking them but i dont wanna shave them so how can i get them perfect by plucking them?

only really effective method at home is to do it your self with plucking. see attached for proper technique. I know you don't want to hear it but waxing is by far the best thing I have ever done. I hate plucking, I never get them correct. However if you do not want to do that because of cost, I would recommend that you go once, have a pro do it. Then in about 2 - 3 weeks (that's the normal cycle for hair to grow) you will see where you have any strays growing outside of the arch that the pro did for you. Just pluck those and keep up with the maintenance.

avon makes a really good wax kit for like 12.00 you get 20 some uses if you cant afford that get a razor and draw the shape on first then shave around it

Go to a salon and have a professional do it for you. Ask the professional to teach you how to do it at home. You could also try waxing!

another option is waxing. you can get your eyebrows professionally threaded. you also dont want your eyebrows super thin. just go to a salon and get you brows waxed.

try waxing, it barely hurts and you should be happy with results.
