I have heard of this urban legend in Puerto Rico about a dog with a human face that roams neighborhoods and if you look in its eyes you will go crazy. Has anyone ever heard of this and what is it called?

also known as a skin walker it can take the shape of any thing!We have them here in bayfield,Colorado too don't worry to much about them!If you look into there eyes yes u will go crazy or die!!

its not a legend, i have a friend down there right now, and he just killed his whole family after seeing the Xocana... so that sucks.

there is the legend of the chupacabra, but it's not a dog.
