Example. Young black boy approaches white man. Asks for spare change. White man says no. Black kid says why? Because I'm black?

Well actually we are. I'm 12 and my parents sat me and my brother down the other day and told us straight up that white people don't give a s*** about us, and if we want to get anywhere that we'd have to be twice as good as them, because if they had the choice of a mediocre black over a mediocre white person, they'd choice the white one. Also, my friend told me the same thing, but I don't say things like 'is it because I'm black,' that's just dumb....

I think the younger generation may be picking a little bit, or learning from the older generation. Same way you would never understand why a teenage boy will want to be a Nazi or white supremarcist!
Bottom line is discrimination is still being past from generation to generation.

That's a poor example, kids shouldn't ask strangers for "spare change" anyway and it shows how ignorant you are

Yes their older generation is teaching them that lie. They are lining them up to stand in the welfare line. They are teaching them to fail as they have.
