I think all kids have an advantage in life, some more than others. The kids who grow up in a rich neighborhood, go to a good school and have a good sense with people have a way bigger advantage than a kid that is growing up in the slums of Ethiopia. The average kid in Ethiopia has no education, doesn't have a good house, if you can call it that and doesn't have a 1/1000 of the stuff the kids here do.
Kids now-a-days will have advantages because of advances in technologies, medicine and schooling. We will lead longer, easier lives, well, most of us.

Kids also have disadvantages. We will have to deal with scarcity of water, overpopulation, global warming, bad sanitation (getting better), stronger weather (maybe global warming, w/e), possibly nuclear war (uh oh) and we will definitely run out of oil soon

hope i helped, question was kinda foggy, but its alright =)
