I know! I love world history too, especially European! Um... I think my favorite to study would be the Middle Ages. There was just so much interesting stuff going on then...

I am impressed by the strength of oppressed people to survive in spite of tremendous odds against them, The Second world war if filled with these, the German / Jew situation and I have read several accounts of Kamikaze pilots who's turn had not come up before the war was over. I am fascinated by the plight of the black Americans . While I do find these stories immensely inspiring, I am also ashamed to be called human when I read of what obscene things were imposed on these people by their fellow man.

I love world history, but mainly learning about China, Korea, and Japan. The culture in all of these places are very interesting. China's many dynasties are also something I enjoy learning about.
