I would pay off my friends and familys' debts, pay off national U.S. debts, have everyone sewed who has cheated or scammed people, make a national animal preserve (plants too... duh), save some emergency money, save some money for college, pay national government to stop global warming, make some churches, get a makeover (not plastic surgery, of course, like a salon), buy a nice car or 2 or 3, buy a nice big house in Hollywood, buy like 3 vacation houses, travel to every important or large city in the U.S., travel to every country, save some for debts and and bills and stuff like that, and give all the rest to Cancer Research and other good causes.

Give some to my church, the missionaries abroad & charity/A.I.D.S research etc, put half of it in the bank, go on a shopping spree (clothes, jewelry, shoes), buy my mother the jeep she wants, buy something for my brother, and my father, pay off my parents mortgages and everything else that needs to be paid off and make sure they live more comfortably and never had to work again if they wanted to, start my business (my lifelong dream) even though I'd be rich! Travel the world and learn about different cultures, buy my dream car (s), take care of my 2 grandparents that are still alive, help my aunts & uncles with my little cousins if necessary, throw a big island-wide party to celebrate! (i live in the Caribbean), buy a yatch, buy a private jet, buy one of the villas that are a few miles from where i live...buy the cheesecake factory etc etc etc...Lol!

Yeah. I would save enough to profit from the interests and live well the rest of my life, the rest I would use to set up a Fund for the kids in my family so they can study, personally help charities ( not donate - then you dont know if the money is been used right ) and since I am pretty sure theres still a lot remaining, I would go to Africa, where the situation is really bad and supervise and stay there while I help them have what they need, Houses, Food storages, etc.

this is a good question. i would probably give 10 billion to my parents/family. buy a nice house, give like 20 billion to cancer research and other things like that, shop for clothes! haha, go on a vacation with my family, and then save the rest for college, my family to be, etc.
i wouldn't have to pay off any debts since i'm still in high school and i wouldn't wanna waste all my money on a like 5 mercedes' ahah.
but yeah, i think if i actually DID get the money i would probably spend it differently but this is what i THINK i would do, or atleast hope.

give half away to charities that actual help people(primarily the homeless). Pay for all my siblings and my college tuition and expenses. By the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Cowboys. Buy my dad a huge house in the country. Buy my mom and stepdad a house in the city. Buy Pete Wentz and Jake Gyllenhaal. Any extra money would be put in an account where I could only withdraw a limited amount a week.

I'd do a lot of the same things as you - obviously financial security for myself and my family, homes, cars, etc. College funds for friends and family. Get HEAVILY involved in politics - funding the good candidates that aren't getting elected because of lack of funding.
Start a non-profit organization for different things. The first would be for families of disabled children, to help them financially with the things insurance won't cover - transportation to the hospital, home modifications, etc. A similar organization for teen moms. One for the families that fall through the cracks - they make too much money for assistance, but not enough to live on.
The rest of the money, I'd start an organization for medical research - one that was not in any way tied to the gov't or pharmaceutical companies, that would explore options the current research ignores, the ones that don't make money for the big companies. AIDS, cancer, diabetes, auto-immune disorders, etc.
I'd wind up giving most of it away, only keeping enough to make sure those I care about can live comfortably for the rest of their lives.

I would help all my friends out and even some strangers. Make sure all my relatives are also taken care of, buy an island in the south pacific, a home in the mountains, invest some, and give the rest to charities of my choice.

Save enough for college, give some to church, give some to hospitals, cancer treatments, then I would buy out all the music stores! Well, I would also save some money for my eighth grade trip and for Australia. I wanna go there someday.

save half of it, build and help finance a decent hospital in my town, give some to my family and friends, buy my own house and car, pay my way through college and travel the world :D (oh and buy tickets for the Irish oxygen festival from one of those mean people who bought all the tickets this week just so they could resell them for five times their value over the internet...)

Show it of and then put $250 billion inside the bank and never touch it so the bank will be paying me interest and the other half I would spoil my family rotton and the rest buy the oil lines in the U.S.

If I spent it on myself, I would buy a large ranch style home a little away from people but close enough to the middle sized towns. I would share with my family also.
