It's pretty hard to prove that you didn't put the crack in the coffee yourself when blood test results show that it was in your blood. There's really no way to prove your innocence. If you're really serious about staying clean, go into drug rehab and change your life around. After you've been clean for a period of time, you may find it easier to get a job.

Oh, and one last thing -- better find yourself a different "babymama". Sounds like that one certainly doesn't have your best interests at heart, if what you're telling us is the truth....

The crack cocaine is in your system but the DNA of the person that placed it into your drink is not. This means that the only evidence is that you have cocaine in your system, not that it was "planted" there by someone else. You will have to face these charges and try to convince the courts or parole officer that you ingested it without being aware of it. This is a very tough sell at best.

As for not being able to get a job due to your record, this also is a common problem. Employers use past actions to determie how well a person will perform in the future. Even if you have made real progress in changing your life, your past will haunt you.

I suggest that the very first thing you do is devote your time in improving your education. (Your question indicates a somewhat lower level in reading and writing). Once you can express yourself very well in writing, you will stand a better chance of getting beyond your past.

There's always a place that an ex-felon can get a job. I mean you are not trying hard enough. One of my family members is an ex-felon and he's held over 4 jobs in the past 4 years, not including the ones he conducted on his own. So saying "no one wants to hire me because of your record sounds like a lie, get off ya butt and search, call around don't just wait for them to call you, and beside that, you should use better grammar. With the blood test thing hon, your out of luck. Just try explaining it to the judge, it sounds like a boo hoo said story to me.

** and i'm not being mean it just does something to me when people aren't trying hard enough.**

How would her dna get in the crack then into your blood? You gotta get some muscle to "persuade" dat ***** to fess up to the court what she done did.
