A long time ago, I saved a picture as background. But that picture I can't see it in my background, I can ONLY see that picture when I'm turning on the computer or turning off the computer.
How to get this picture off? I tried everything with properties and that picture won't go away. (It's aishwarya picture)

It could be spyware. Try running ad-aware and spybot.
do a search for the picture on your computer. Start>Search>Find files and folders and enter the name of the image and delete it.
Hope that helps or do a restore to before you saved the picture, but that's a last option.

Go to Display Properties and then to Desktop. You should see a list of possible backgrounds. If the picture is there, just search for it and delete it from the search list. To use another picture for the desktop, just put it in an easily accessible folder and use the Browse button to find it.
