Well its hard to tell really. You probably bent some other susspension components and/or your rim. Get into your car and get the steering wheel straight. Then get out and look at your tires. If they are excessively pointing in or out then its a bent/damaged tie rod. Although I have done countless alignments and replaced many tie rod ends but I have never seen a bent one. Usually the joint just wears out.

More than likely you bent the lower control arm. When the control arm bends it will move the wheel back. If it just bent the tie rod, the wheel would be turned out.

The tie rod transmits force from the steering center link or the rack gear to the steering knuckle, causing the wheels to turn. The outer tie rod end connects with an adjusting sleeve, which allows the length of the tie rod to be adjustable. This adjustment is used to set a vehicle's toe. This is a critical alignment angle.
It could be a ball joint since you said it was the front end. i would check them first.

Could be tie rod, could be upper or lower A-arms, could be strut. It's hard to tell without someone being able to look at it.

"Did I bend my tie rod?" Possibly but a lower control arm is more likely.
