-don't skip any meal, eat at least 3 meals a day as usual.
-but avoid sugar & fatty food.
-eat high fibre food including grains, fruits & vege.
-exercise to burn the calories.
..........it works all the time!

The GERD & IBS diet aka if you eat that cheeseburger you'll be puking for 15 hours. Sorry - I'm just a little bitter. I miss my cheeseburgers.
