don't laugh but I just stated meditating and it really helps. Just sit in a comfortable possition, in a quite place... most people will just relax or something, but I found it helps to think about your problems and things you are paranoid about, while meditating, then slowly figuring out solutions. It is very relaxing, and helps soooo much. Maybe think about why your paranoid, and try to get past it. Also, if you are happy the way you are, and happy being paranoid (becasue there is nothing wrong with that) then just ignore them. one thing is for sure, don't be an a** and get drunk because that won't help, sure it will relax you for a while, but you'll still be just as paranoid later, just then you'll have a hang over. getting drunk, or smoking or drugs are NOT THE WAY TO GO. plz If not meditate, yoga is always fun.

Develop your spirituality! When you realize there's more to life than just meets the eye, and that behind all life is this protective source of goodness, your paranoia will develop into trust and belief in others. You see, when you are expressing something negative like paranoia, this is coming from the depths of your being. You have a conflict within yourself that you must resolve. Either it's not enough self-love and understanding and self-acceptance, but whatever your inner dilemma, you must search inside yourself, as that's where you will also find the answer. Your feelings and actions to the outside world, are like a mirror, as it's an absolute reflection of your inner self. Get to know yourself better, then carry that to the world out there and develop greater empathy for yourself and others. It is not really, "me" against "them". We are all on the same plane, the same boat, that same cycle of life and death and often, rebirth, and so on and so on. There is a purpose to all of life, and your life is just as important as anyone else's! Paranoia reminds me of someone fearing that others will rob them of their own importance, or self-worth. You must come to own yourself so that you no longer fear others intruding on your territory. And if you'd also realize, no other being has more omnipotence than you do. You are not lesser and they are not greater! Start the search for realizing the equality amongst all of us! We are all born. We all will die. We all must make choices. We all must use our intelligence to give the greatest quality to our own lives that we have the privilege to experience on this earth. An excellent book you might want to read, to begin understanding how you might be able to find a stronger center for yourself is, "Heaven On Earth" by Stephen D'Amico at www.ameekpress.com. It's an awesome look at the author's accounting of a spiritual almost super-natural experience that lead him to realize the powerful guiding force behind all life and how we can find this force within ourselves. It is sure to help you feel better! Good luck!
