How old were u when u started? Your still young and most times it's just your chemisty to have irregular periods, but unless there is something going on with ur female parts? There is no reason why u can't conceive. You do know that being on birth control can also regulate ur periods. It's also important to take folic acid to help your body when u do want to concieve.

if you have irregular periods it's likely due to your hormones and they're probably not working normally. in cases of an irregular period patients are often placed on birth control for a few months to help regulate their cycle. they are then taken off and some patients have normal cycles after that, but not everyone does. it depends on if you ever had normal cycles (if you did, your chance of returning to normal ones is more likely). females can also have irregular periods if they are extremely thin or have very low body fat- you often see it with eating disorders or extreme athletes. i'd say to go to your obgyn or a doc that specializes in endocrinology/female hormones if you are currently trying to conceive and are worried. if you're not looking to have a baby yet, you may want to try the few months of birth control and see what happens.

Well you shouldn't have a problem conceiving. If you are not trying to right now, then try getting on Birth control pills, it will help to regulate your periods and make them more normal. If you are trying to conceive right now, just give it some time. after a year, go see a fertility specialist.

Way too late to try to miss it. You cannot make it come faster or stop or be delayed. You CAN have sex on your period by the way. Just be sure to use a condom (to keep him clean and to help prevent pregnancy as you CAN get pregnant on your period). If you are on the pill, call up your doctor and ask if you can skip the placebo week. You need doctor approval to skip prescription drugs. Just realize that your next period will be worse and the PMS symptoms will be worse. I'd just let it come as it usually does and let your boyfriend know. If he's "the one" he should understand and realize you will be on your period sometimes.

I am no doctor, but i had the same problem in my teens. The doctor put me on birth control pills to regulate my period, and it worked. I know others that did the same. So it is normal, or can be, and wont effect your reproductive cycle. But then again, u never know it could be something else. U may want to see a physician to be sure.

Im sure that you are fine. I get irregular periods as well. Not as irregular as yours but they can vary. What ive heard that can help regulate your period is birthcontrol pills. My friends use them and they know when their periods are going to hit almost down to the hour. and if you are incredibly concerned about it, see a doctor. they are the best source of answers :)

Hi there,
One thing you can try is to take some vitamins and supplements to complement your diet. It is not uncommon in our day and age to lack alot of nutrients that our bodies need from our diet. I suggest you to try supplements for women as they are tailored to the needs of women. Personally, I took One a day women formula once a day.
Other thing you may want to incorporate into your daily life is to try to eat balanced and healthy meals as much as possible, combining with regular exercise.
As for whether you will be able to conceive or if you will have any future problems, best advice is to see your doctor/gyno. They will able to advice you more on this.
God Bless and Keep Healthy!

I'm not a specialist of any kind and I guarantee most of the people on here aren't. If I were you, I would definately do to see a Gyno. It's a possibilty that this could be something important for you now or in your future, so just play it safe and have it checked out. Good luck =]
