breast size?

am a b cup and i want to increase to a c cup, but i dont want to have any surgery or take any risky drugs, how can i get my bbobs bigger, am over 18.

On the fitness end there dumbbell workouts that work to build support muscle and increase circulation.
Some things are simple.Never wear "Too small"
of a bra.Always wear a bra that has a little room to
grow.
Here is an example: You buy a potted plant and
bring it home,it is in a 8" pot.You have it for months
its healthy,but it is not growing.Your mom takes one look at it and says "That plant needs a bigger pot"
You take off the 8" pot and the the whole thing is rootbound! No Room! You put the plant in a 12" pot
water it same as before and it grows 1 1/2 feet
taller.Because it has room to grow,it is not held back
by a container.
The correct dumbbell exercises,proper bra,good
nutrition,and massage to boost circulation and you are well on your way to a C cup.

PS:Don't forget about your plants,I'll bet some of them could use bigger pots. (I almost said bras).

The only way is surgery, sorry. They may still grow because mine were a 34E when I was around about 18 and now they are a 34G and I have not gained weight since then.

Try push ups and bench presses with weights as this will strengthen and lift your pectoralis muscles and may make your breasts appear fuller and perkier.

One cup size might be possible to achieve by training in a gym. At 18 you will still have some natural growing to do, and regular workouts may prove effective in developing the musculature of your chest to fully maximize your cleavage.

What you eat is also very important, as muscle building will require added protein. It is vital to drink more water and fresh vegetable too.

A personal trainer may be very helpful.

over 18 means???? some women grow at 25. it all depends on your genes and how it runs in your family. i wish you told us your real age. but put it this way between 18 and 25 you have a chance to grow a half a cup or a full cup size, so dont try no pills....they all scams.

You can always buy those jelly like fake breasts that you put in your bra, its not permanent and you dont have to take any drugs to increase your brest size. I have seen alot of ppl who use them, and you can definately tell a difference and they are, supposedly, very comfortable, kinda unnoticable when you wear them. I think they range in prices depending on what size you want, but I would think that it would cost you somewhere between 20 and 40 dollars.
