There are no direct descendants of Adolf Hitler as he never had any children. His 5 siblings had children but I have not been able to find out how many. Most sites don't give much detail about his family, other than to say his father was a violent abusive man who died when Adolf was 14, and mention that his siblings had children. There don't seem to be any sites that give further details.
Hope this is helpful.

No.
Hitler had married to Eva Braun just before he killed himself but there had been no time to leave any descendants. Besides, Eva also killed herself with Hitler.
It is said that Hitler had a neurotic passion for cleanliness about his life style. There had been a speculation that he had had some relationships with woman when he was young but the possibility of his having had any illegitimate child was denied on the ground that he himself was in a way a illegitimate child because his father was born as the one from his grandmother.
So, it is said that Hitler had a strong aversion to illegitimacy.
You can be absolutely relieved.

No children but he had two nephews William Patrick Hitler and Heinz Hitler. All of his relatives even distant ones changed their names and even investigative reporters couldn't find them. When it was decided that royalties from Hitlers book Mien Kamp were legally owed to his nephew the nephew refused them.

Mr Hitler fathered no legitimate children and it seems unlikely that he'd have sired a bastard child.
What's more, I believe that his surviving relatives (aunts, uncles, whatever) swore a pact never to have children of their own - thus ensuring that Fuhrer Adolf could not contribute to the gene pool of tomorrow.
He is gone! =D

No. He was married, but she killed herself with him. Not the couple of the year. There are a few myths that Hitler had a child from a woman he slept with, but thats just a myth. We may never know.

Zerg and Kozan are right. There are surviving relations in America, but they have changed their name. Their shame is so great, that they decided the lineage dies with them.

Not directly, since he was too busy making everyones lives a misery with that whole war thing to have children.
There were some relatives of his surviving, but they (unsurprisingly) changed their names.
