Yeah, it probably does...whatever "atroffiate" may mean. If you mean "atrophy," maybe your spelling means that the process has already begun. ;-)
Seriously, the main bad effect of porn is that porn-watchers confuse what they see on the screen with what real life should be like, and life is not like that at all. Reality is actually much better, but you'll miss out on that if you keep looking for what you've seen in porn pictures instead of enjoying what is actually there.
