First, don't use foundation . . ur too young for that just yet! :) Get some loose powder and a large, fluffy brush to brush-on a light base of powder to cut down on shine.

Next, (I don't know ur eyecolor) but use a brown or black eye pencil and put a thin line at the bottom lashline from the outer to about the middle --- don't take the line all the way to the inner corner - that would be too much. Then, use ur ring finger to smudge the line just a bit. Be gentle since the skin under your eyes is very fragile.

Next, use a neutral eyeshadow on your upper lid and blend it up towards your eyebrows a bit. I find the foam applicators that come with the eyeshadows are terrible for applying powdered eyeshadow. Get a simple eyeshadow brush and brush-on the eyeshadow instead of using those foam applicators.

Choose a light pink or peach shade of blush and apply very lightly. The best way to apply blush is to look in the mirror, smile, then apply lightly to the "apples" of your cheeks that protrude when you smile, then blend upwards towards your hairline. Remember, less is really more when it comes to blush. You'll look like a clown if you have on too much!

Then, a neutral lipstick or lipgloss to finish things off!

Finally, ur too young for foundation, lipliner and browpencils --- leave those alone for now.

depending on your eye color
if you have blue eyesl ike i do , do a light brown eyeshadow all over the lid and a royal blue on teh crease and toap (sp?) underneath the brow

if you have green eyes do the same thing as blue jut with pink. and green. darker pink on the lid, light under ther brow, green on the crease...

look up what would compliment brown eyes if thats your color

mascara: do a light coat of black or brown on your top lashes. no eye liner

do a lip gloss that is very light. but not creamy to where your lips look white, you know?maybe a shiny pink or clear?

do a whipped foundation that is your color or lighter. no blush. pinch your cheeks if you hafta. make sure you put moisterizer on your face ahead of all of this that way your face doesnt look dry and peel.

hope this helps!!! good luck :)

Shame on you, watch your language little one.

Keep it simple. Maybeline wet shine (Pink Carat) Lipgloss, Rimmel has nice blushes ($2 great price quailty).

Keep your skin healthy stay away from foundation, use a mineral foundation if you pressist. Use a good cleanser to take of that makeup ( Netuorgena Cleanser).

check out magazines like TeenVouge, Seventeen and Cosmo Girl...they have great features with articles full of tips for different styles. You'll learn a lot about it too...

Now for my tips: if your coloring is light, like blonde-ish hair or light brown, then use browinsh black or brown mascara, anything but black. If you are dark complected, then use a soft black or maybe a colored lash, like dark plum? Curl them before you use mascara-it'll really make a differance in how your eyes open up.

Lip gloss is fun and multi functional, clear with a little shimmer and shine, or a light color with some moisturizing.

wear a really light pink eyeshadow that you cant really see but makes you look more natural, dont use a sponge to put face powder on with use a brush and jus give it a wiz around, only put a little bit of mascara on ur top lashes, dont use cream eyeshadows as they look tatty n makes u look cheap. this look makes u luk natural and fresh jus ryt 4 a 12 yr old and make sure u put moisturiser on before your make up so u dont appear dry

Because your young you don't need to use foundations on your skin especilly because they make you get wrinkles. Maybe some eye shadow and lipgloss would be suitable for you.

If you really want some good tips go on this website but alot of the stuff on here i would say is for older people but you can see how to apply 3 eye shadows etc.
