I actually kind of like both - like there wasn't much thought behind it, so if it's a little tucked in, like you can see the belt buckle, but not the belt cause the shirt is only tucked in the front, that's OK.

Totally tucked in, not very good, looks like you care about your looks way too much, and where would I fit into that lifestyle?

Not partially. I like it either way, it depends on the pants/slacks, the shirt and on the guy. My boyfriend should leave shirts untucked but he tucks them in for some reason.

I generally go for the punk and emo type guys, so I always prefer the untucked or partially untucked look. But whatever look a guy chooses, it's never attractive if he's wearing something that doesn't reflect his true personality or something that makes him feel uncomfortable.

Usually, with jeans the shirt should be untucked because it looks causal. But if you are wearing dress pants, then the shirt should be tucked into them. Never, partially tucked because it looks sloppy.

It depends on the look you're going for. If you want to look like a professor or something (haha), then I'd tuck it in. It's a nice look, to be clean-cut like that--very professional. Leave it untucked for a more casual look.

Another note: if you have a gut, go untucked. There's nothing more unattractive.... [shudders]

No. If a guy's shirt is too long to leave untucked, he needs to find another one. And if a guy wears his shirt partially tucked in, it looks sloppy and makes him seem, oh I don't know, DIRTY almost. Don't ask me why, that's just how I am. <3

Untucked

Untucked! I have never seen someone tuck it into their jeans. If it's a dress pant, it's different. But with jeans it's just EEWW! And partially looks like your jeans are riding up on you and the shirt got stuck-gross. Don't tuck it in!

i think tucked shirts make guys look dorky and a little unsophistocated, unless of course he was wearing slacks, a dress shirt, and italian leather schoes. but tucked shirts and jeans is not attractive at all, unless he was over 40. Older men in tucked shirts and jeans are pretty common, so they don't look weird or uptight.
if you're young and cool, leave the shirt totally untucked.

Untucked looks like trying too hard to be cool, like you want to convey that you partied all night and hardly had time to even get dressed - immature. Just my opinion. (I am over 30.)
Tucked in may be a little old-fashioned, but I would consider that a plus! lol
