I think we are all guilty of wasting time on the net, doing absolutely nothing or things of less value to our lives. Do you agree? What things can we actually do to improve the quality of time we spend on line?

The best way to spend quality time online is to do something else while you are online. Your computer will sit there connected to the internet very nicely.

Maybe I do waste time on the Internet and then maybe not, but I work my behind off doing housework, etc. and this is rest for me, something I definitely deserve, no guilt at all.

Communication with friends and family in other states/countries. Research places I am going; make airfare reservations. Look up things I want information about.

I either learn something or share my knowledge or be there for someone.. I never feel like I am wasting time... I have a shortage of time.

try to research on something that will add knowledge to yourself or anything that you still don't know. or something look something that will refresh your memories for all the memories that you almost forgotten especially during your elementary & high school days. thats a pretty good idea.
