Yahoo has set up the following guidelines for this site....Many people's questions are not posted because they are "in violation", yet some people, and you know who you are, repeatedly violate these guidelines with no recourse:

Guideline #1
YOU MAY NOT POST CONTENT
that is violent, racist, incendiary, or otherwise objectionable.
that are abusive, threatening, slanderous, or belligerent against any individual or groups of individuals for any reason.

Guideline #4
NO POINT-GAMING: You may not post content for the explicit purpose of gaining points, trading points, or soliciting others for points or otherwise "game" the Yahoo! Answers points system.

Guideline #5
ONE PROFILE PER MEMBER: Please do not create more than one profile. Members who use different profiles to ask and answer their own questions risk having their accounts deactivated.

Guideline #7
NO REPEATED POSTINGS: You may not post similar or identical postings

Gee, liberal patriot, maybe I should report you for abuse! What does everyone else think?

I wish I knew, it is annoying to have to go through all the rhetoric and extremism just to get to a real question. In my opinion, if everyone (myself included) would just report them instead of responding to them, the situation might improve. However, I've also seen real questions removed, not because they violated the guidelines, but because the person reporting them didn't agree with the questioner. I guess it goes both ways, personally, I try not to violate the guidelines.

Apparently the 9/11 CTs get free license, but forget asking pointed questions about ACLU in the politics section.

I have asked questions about Saddam's hanging. Yahoo deleted them before they were even posted yet I see a ton of questions asking the best way to kill our President. It makes me sick.
