Help fixing my Home stereo!?

Question

I own a Philips FWC399 Mini System, and just the other day it stopped reading CDs, everytime i put one in, it says the disc is not finalized, but the CDs are perfectly fine. Please help me! by the way, its a 3 CD changer, so theres no way anyone could touch the lense, because it is in the back. also, the radio and everything else works fine, its just the CD part.

may have to clean the lens - either use a disc cleaner
or take it for service
