I thought it was a simple question when I asked myself, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized it wasn't. What do you think?

If anyone knew what was best for them then they'd never make any mistakes.
Mankind has a notorious habit of being attracted to things that are bad for them,we just have to learn from experience and hopefully chose the best decision in the future.

This is . . . . a . . . very tough question. Well if your asking if i know what's best for me I would have to say I do 85% of the time. The other 15% I somehow am very stupid and let my emotions take hold (you know how that gets sometimes). To know what's best for you just think about the people who love and care about you and think what would they want me to do? That's what I usually do.

I realized at a point that sometimes I crave what I know is the worst for me, which I guess in the reciprocal means I know what is best for me.

I know what I think is best for me if I know what it is that I think I want, but that is subject to change, and if there are other variable involved that I am unaware of, it could be decidedly NOT what is best for me afterall.

So, I would say, no, I cannot know what is best for me. I can only know what I think is best for me.

i dont know what is best for me. my parents tell me that they know what it is but i disagree because thats what they want for me and its not what i want for myself. i still have to do a lot of things in my life so i am just going to have to figure it out on my own.
