I am interested in learning how to do graphics on a computer. By that i mean for example where i can learn to create a computer generated person (i can make a person difference face in different background and stuff like that).

I believe you are talking about "3D modelling" so if you type that into a search engine it should give you a basic idea of what you need.
It also depends on what program you are using.
