I was easdropping on a conversation on the school bus. This guy who works as a waiter said he pissed in somebody's guakamoli bacause he was being a jerk and asked for an even number of pickles on his sandwitch and then he ate every last molequle. Now I'm scared to go out to eat, I don't even know where he works so I don't know where not to go. Do you know any resturaunt horrer stories?

Supposedly there was a story in the newspaper about the local Olive Garden. The story goes that a woman returned her salad three times because she didn't like it. Then on the fourth salad, the cooks decided to leave a "creamy" surprise. The woman later contracted herpes in the mouth.

These kinds of horror stories are more urban legend than anything. Yes there are people [like the guy on the bus] who will claim that they did something to somebody's food, but in reality most waiters are working too hard and fast to pull stuff like this. Wait and cooking staff who tell stories like that are on a power trip pure and simple.
I'd be more worried about the general cleanliness of the place and how they handle food, that is where the real grossness happens!

I was a dishwasher about 20 years ago and I was carrying two trays of clean glasses out and got distracted when I saw a former boyfriend. I crashed the two trays against the counter and all 24 glasses broke and the glass went flying everywhere. We did the best we could to clean up but who knows if some chips went into the nearby soup or not. Also, a cook-in-training sliced off part of her thumb when slicing cucumbers and the supervisor just rinced off the cucumber pieces and put them in the salad bar anyway.

YES !!! I used to work as a cashier at Burger King. Well at the end of the day we had to clean the restrooms. Our manager made us (or against my will anyways) take the tongs that we used to turn the burgers with, and get that little sachet out of the urinals. I mean it touches piss, snot, kinky hairs, phylm,and all that gross stuff. Then we just take the tongs wash them off , and use them again for the burgers . We now call them Urinal Burgers. This was about 20 years ago.

I saw a show on TV where there was a surveillance camera in a restaurant kitchen. A guy spit into a customer's swandwich and got fired immediately.
When I was in college and working at Jack -in-the-Box to help pay my living expenses, we had a guy who would regularly come thru the drive-thru drunk at midnight and order a Jack-*ff-in-the-Box burger. One day a fellow-worker put a balloon in his hamburger.

I worked at Sonic and if customers yelled their orders into the speaker, the cooks would get mad, and throw their food on the floor and then serve it to them. Once a MANAGER told me to spit in somebody's dessert because they were being rude. Of course, I didn't and I quit soon after. YUCK!

I heard the Olive Garden story too, except it was the Zuppa Toscana and it happened in Hampton, Va.

YES. A GUY SPIT IN A GUYS FOOD AND DRINK AND HE ATE EVERY BIT OF IT AND THE WORST PART OF IT WAS 7 GUYS SPIT IN IT AND I HAD TO TELL DA GUY
