I mean a graphics programme thing where i can make 3D buildings and stuff. I really need it!

try a google search for 3ds max (made by discreet)- i think they're on version 9 now but i prefer 7. this is an industry standard software, you can download a 30 day trial.
3d software is hard to get to grips with if you have no experience! i produced some 3d models using this over the summer and they have turned out fantastic and i had no previous experience in 3d packages at all. i am quick to pick up things but it was all thanks to www.3dbuzz.com . they have amazing tutorial video's available to download, hundreds of hours worth but you can work through and see how many you need to watch. if you want to try 3ds max definitely give the tutorials a go, and they're free, cant be bad!
