i'm having a party but most of the people I invited forgot. What can I do to make it fun so they'll come and not be bored when they're here? I can only have like 10 people in my tiny apartment, is that enough for a good party?

I've got alcohol, chips, cards, music and a nintendo Wii already. Should I make cupcakes or order pizzas or would that be silly. We're all University students. All the pther people have been friends since high school and I just started haning around them so I'm having a hard time fitting in.

They are the only people in this city that I know because I just moved here.

I actually thought the cupcakes sounded yummy, I just made cupcakes last weekend to take to a party. Yes, order pizza. Also maybe put some music on. Good luck with your party! Maybe buy some type of hors d'oeuvres to munch on(you can buy things frozen and you just have to heat them up), or put out a veggie and dip tray, or cheese and crackers.

I would say that you are doing everything right. If they are really your friends then they will make an appearance. I would say call them and get confirmation that they are coming. Make sure that you emphasize that you are having drinks and food. When you get confirmation, then it will be easier to get everything according to how many people are coming. If it is 10 people then I call that a "get together" . Maybe some people dont like parties and if you call it a "get together" that might be better because it is more laid back. I think that you should get the pizzas, maybe some wings. The cupcakes are silly to be sitting out with the pizza though. I say make the cupcakes and keep them in the fridge. If some of your friends are prone to get the munchies (LOL) then offer them. Or just offer them later on in the night. I would love to have a late night sweet.

The cupcake idea is silly, but pizza's always a good thing. It sounds like you've got everything covered, since you have the wii, the music, the beer, the snacks, and the cards. Just don't do the cupcakes though. =)

Tell them it is going to be an orgy.
