New Orleans was, is and always will be a cesspool. It is the prime example of a welfare state . If it weren't for prison food and welfare these people would starve.

As for Alabama, I live minutes away from the boarder in FL, tomorrow my four son's , me and 10 of my neighbors are heading over there to help out. NO , they don't need GOV $$, we will help them, they are used to working for a living, paying taxes to support the lazy, and are smart enough to have insurance.

Give this a rest!!! Those in New Orleans need to look into their own worthless goverment and then themselves for waiting around someone else does all the work for them! They are the only area that I've ever heard that have carried on like this. Hurricane Andrew made this storm look like a rain storm!
