I find it hard to say no because I try not to be a mean person. Now when the sh!t hits the fan I dont give a flying ***** if I say no.

As I grow older, it is easier for me to tell someone no, if I don't feel like doing something. This is just something that a person learns with age and experience.

It really depends on who.
It's hard to say no to people who I'm not closed to (e.g. friends, co-workers, bosses.)
It's not a problem for me to say no to people who I am closed to, like family and close friends.
I know I'm mean~~~
