Why hasn't he been charged with manslaughter of Mary Jo?? Why isn't he in jail?? Why does he keep getting reelected?

notyou311, Thanks for proving a point I made about Liberals on another post. You can't answer a question about one of your guys without mentioning one of ours. Thats why when Libs are in charge this country falls apart.

But why is it never spoken of? Why aren't more people outraged about this? Even Hannity, Limbaugh, and the rest stay away from it.

God only knows why he keeps getting re-elected...it has to be money and money talks. I have read that in his town, no one dares go up against him. It happened way to long ago to put him in jail now, it should have been done then. The story I read about the accident, had Mary Jo got help within an hour of the accident, she would probally be alive today. She was in an air pocket in the car and they figure she lived for at least an hour. But Mr Senator, walked away and got busy trying to cover his *ss , so Mary Jo died. The Senator did not report it till the next day. For any idiot to compare the Laura Bush accident to what Kennedy did ....well, they have to be a no mind! She wasn't drinking and she didn't wait till the next day to report it and let someone die.
No one but a Kennedy would have got away with what he done...money and power.

Ted Kennedy has no morals. The Kennedy's are all self-seeking, " me " type people. They could not care about anyone else. As for Ted Kennedy keeps getting re-elected - it's called money and the abuse of it.
People are so " shallow " to want to have a quote " celebrity such as a " Kennedy " because he was a relative of JFK.
Sad, how truly sad.
As for why he's not charged . . . . . can we go back to my 2nd comment above . . . . money and power.
The Bible states: " In the last days people will be lovers of themselves " - People need to look towards Jesus Christ as he is the only answer.

I know this will be hard to believe for the younger people here. Many years ago, people were simply never charged for drunken driving while they definitely would today. Laura Bush, when she was young, killed someone accidentally while driving and wasn't charged. That's simply the way things were. It's silly to try to go back 40 or 20 years. There are so many other things to worry about-let's concentrate on what we can control today.

He is a drunk!! His family name and lots of money kept him out of prison for her death, oh and I do believe she was pregant. He's just a funny drunk that makes people in Massachutes think he great for tourism.

I don't know the details, but suspect the DA did not think he had a case.
He keeps getting re-elected because the people on Massachusetts love him.

Why wasn't Laura Bush charged with manslaughter? She ran a stop light and killed a classmate. She was never even charged.
