she is going back to florida! what should she do?

like she gave it to him because he was caught up and had some problems! it was a nice person loan like a hood agreement.

Have someone take him to a back alley.
That's the only thing that he can relate to and respect.

I think this is going to be a lesson learned for her. Loaning money is a serious thing and one should be very cautious when doing it. I hope that she has some evidence that she made the loan to take him to court if he does not pay. If she doesnt, verbal agreements hold up in court but her story has to be believable. If she made this loan to a guy she was sleeping with, and if she did I assume that the relationship is now over, that is going to look like a gift in court unless she has a written agreement. She may just have to suck it up as a lesson learned.

Chalk it up to a lesson learned. If you LOAN someone money get in WRITING exactaly when and how they are to pay it back.

If the guy has a record and is on probation, tell him you're reporting it to his probation officer. BUT ONLY IF YOU'RE SURE HE'S NOT DANGEROUS AND WON'T HARM YOU!

she should get that money back by anyways possible and then never lend that person anything agian

if he said he is not paying her back...and she did not get anything signed she is out of luck
