Assuming you are running Excel, yes
You can color cells using the bucket of paint that is near the top right of your screen. You can change the color of letters with the big A that's immediately to the right of it. You can also change the color of the tabs on the bottom by right clicking on them and selecting Tab Color ...

Select the cell(s), click Format then shading. Choose a pattern and a color.
