You can go to the police, explain the situation, and they will accompany you to the location to get your belongings. Or you can take a male friend or friends (brothers, dad, uncles) other there with you and ask for your things.

Here's what you do...and yes, the Police will help you.

But, before calling Officer bob, tell your boyfriend that if he does not let you collect your things you will call the Police.
In other words, give him fair warning so he might relent and let you get your stuff.
If he doesn't, give a call to your local gendarme...they all too often have to make calls on domestic disputes that "turn ugly" and will certainly help you before it comes to anything like that.

Don't loose a precious second - get him fixed up right away! Call the Police,Town-Hall responsible etc. Your parents/best friends to protect yourself (in any case) and get rid of him asap.

Call the police dept and see if you can charge him with theft of your property.

My daughter had a similar situtation. She called the police and they accompanied her.

Barring that, take him to small claims.
