They do have nutrition guides available. This information is not on the menu but it should be for all restaurants. You would never want to eat at these places. There should be a Surgeon Generals warning label on all unhealthy food and beverages.

McDonalds' foods nurtritional value is pretty easy to find out. What I'd really like to know about are the REAL ingredients they use. The chicken nuggets are spongy and the burgers don't actually taste like meat.

If you go into the restaurant off to the side of the counter is a rather large glass case on the wall that has all that stuff.

I think everything from Mcd's taste the same and am need real fond of their food. If you want nutrition info from various restaurants go to Diet Facts and search for the food they serve.

don;t kn ow waht you mean, but you can go itno any mcdonalds and get a take out menu which explains all the nutritional values on each item!

you can ask for it, the restaurant has it on hand (or they are suppose to), or in many places its on the back of the tray liners when you eat inside.
