In or near? Cleveland State, John Carroll, Case Western Reserve, Baldwin Wallace, Kent State, Akron U. Mount Union, Ashland College, Cuyahoga Community College, Youngstown College, and a few more that escape me at the moment. All are within a 50 mile radius.

Colleges closest to or in Cleveland are Cleveland State University, Cuyahoga Community College (good for your prerequisites, cheap and the credits transfer), Baldwin-Wallace College, and John Carroll (last two are private schools). These are the closest and the best schools.
