No, she didn't die; she's alive and kicking! If you watch the Tyra Banks talk show, she's on Tyra's show reporting and corresponding for Tyra. In 2006, Fishel appeared as a guest on The Tyra Banks Show, where she discussed dating Lance Bass, mentioning that she had no idea he was gay when they were dating. Fishel also said that she was hoping to become a spokesperson for NutriSystem after losing 20 pounds on their program. Fishel once briefly dated Boy Meets World co-star Ben Savage. Fishel later became a special correspondant for The Tyra Banks Show starting in February 2007.

no shes still living. The last time i seen her on tv was on the Tyra Banks show talking about Lance Bass being gay ( that was her ex boyfriend)
