UNO was created with the pious objective of having an organisation which can try to avoid wars in the coming years. But, unfortunately, it went into the hands of chosen few like The US,UK, Russia etc. Having got the Veto Power these chosen few started behaving as custodian of human moral and peace. These countries have economic power, military power and above all the will power to act as "BOSS" and other countries have to follow them. America although decides most of the times to go with the wrong side, but always succeeds in prevailing on others and literally rules the UNO.
Therefore, how can you assume that all the herds can be controlled by the same stick.?

Well, the united nations never really does anything anyways because they don't really care about anything and the reason why America 1st "waged a war on Iraq" is because they attacked us, were MURDERING their own people and were a threat to everyone including their own. Osama Binladen is a part of Iraq and was working with Saddam Hussein in at least some way. The U.S.A. could have easily waged a war on Iraq a looooooooong time ago and gotten rid of those bad guys like Saddam and Osama, like when Bill Clinton first became president, but did he, noooooooooo.

--You seem like a very confused person, some of the stuff you say is true, but most the other is not. You sound like the type of person that thought that Adolf Hitler really didn't kill 6,000,000 Jews and other people, it was really a lie!

When the US invaded Iraq, it was after 12 years of repeated cease-fire violations by Iraq, 14 separate "stop it!" resolutions from the UN, and with a coaliton of over 30 separate nations (some sent ground troops...did you know there are still Danish and Lithuanian soldiers in Iraq?)
In short, when US drove Iraq from Kuwait, the US was acting for the UN; and when the US completed regime change on Iraq, the US was again acting for the UN...and carrying out President Bill Clinton's 1998 "regime change" policy.
And HILLARY CLINTON, JOHN KERRY, AND JOHN EDWARDS VOTED FOR IT.

The PURPOSE of the UN is to make slaves of the world. Its NOT AMERICA!!! Americans don't like the UN. We don't like bush. We don't like the iraq war. We (most of us) don't even believe 911 was anything other than a CIA attempt to turn our nation into a facist dictatorship. It worked. America is OWNED by foriegn corporations that are run by men who do whatever they are told. These corporations, cults, and others bribe and blackmail our politicians into doing whatever they want. America is not the problem. Corporations are not the problem but they are a tool. Wealthy sociopaths we don't even know are the problem. America is a puppet. Quit blaming us we have enough problems trying to get control of our own nation. America is the scape-goat. We are taking the fall on this one and doing the dirty work but it has nothing to do with what americans want. Half of americans don't want to be in iraq, the other half only want it because they were told to want it and they are that stupid.
----
To those who think I'm full of it, I have personal first hand knowledge from congressmen who have confided in me about the rampant blackmail and bribery that goes on. (I admit this was 20 years ago and things have probably changed a bit) Free golf outings and plane rides were not even a drop in the bucket. Foriegn government, corporate, and private spies can inflitrate suprisingly secure areas, drug key people or their families with things like scopolamine, get them to do damn near anything on tape and pretty much own them. -and thats just what I know. Never mind other drugs and techniques I don't know about. The CIA and KGB did not invest hundreds of millions of dollars in researching this stuff just to be spending money. Given that both agencies rely almost exclusively on sociopaths for agents do you really think this stuff does not get abused? We don't have a government; we have chaos with a veneer of stability that benefits all the players except the american people.
---
Actually we inadvertantly killed most of them by bombing the german infrastructure. The red cross offfered to feed them and germany accepted but the red cross didn't have any way to get the food to them.

When we come and invade YOUR country, we'll be sure to have some of the American soldiers teach you English. Then you can ask your question again and maybe someone can understand it.

Think about motive. Why did Iraq attack Kuwait, and why did the US attack Iraq?
