First of all, I'm sorry for your loss. I've had 2 miscarriages and a still birth, so I feel for you.

What is happening is what is called colostrum. It's pre-milk that the baby would have gotten right after birth. Most women start to produce it as soon as they get pregnant. Since you lost your baby, your body will act like you gave birth. It will go away before long. Also, your breasts seem smaller because the hormones that you had are now gone, so your breasts will go back to pre-pregnancy status, sometimes a little smaller even, sad but true.

Again, I'm sorry for your loss and just know that things will get better for you. It takes a while, but the ache will go away and you feel somewhat similar to what you were before. If you need to talk, or just to get stuff off your chest, feel free to contact me. Good luck and the best to you!!!

I am sorry for your loss. You were pregnant your entire body was preparing for the pregnancy and the birth. Now that you have miscarried your body is trying to revert back to it's pregnancy self. It is perfectly normal it is called colostrum. It actually is the first thing that comes out when you breast feed, not milk. You can go http://www.womenshealth.gov/breastfeeding/index.cfm?page=QandA for more info if you still have questions. You will see allot of different changes in your body after losing a baby. I am so sorry for your loss.

So sad to hear that, your body is going through normal motions after losing a baby, your colestrum was already being made in your breasts to feed the baby, this is normal, for now get some breast pads to keep the leakage from showing, it should stop soon. Good luck, my deepest symapthies.

It's just your body going through the natural process after a miscarriage. You should consult your doctor just to be sure but it's completely normal.
My deepest sympathy's.
