Yes! When they shut down my other account they didnt warn me. I was gonna sign in and then it wouldnt let me. I figured they suspended me so I just made another account.

Basically yes... if you do get an "administrative notice" they don't tell you what you did, so how can you know what you did wrong in the first place...
