If your computer is out of space, the only way to get more is to add a hard drive or delete old files.
I'll start with hard drives: If you don't mind cracking open the case to plug a new drive in, an internal drive will be your cheapest option. Many new drives come with software to help move everything off your old hard drive and onto the new one. If your old drive is less than 60gb, you should just get ride of it. A new 500gb internal drive is around $150.
Alternatively, you could get an external drive with a 500gb capacity for about $200. 250gb USB 2.0 drives are under $100. I really like the Western Digital MyBook series.
You may also be able to clean stuff off your hard drive, and one way to find out where all the big files are hiding is using a disk use graphical interface like Overdisk. It's free, and creates a chart of your HDD to tell you where the biggest files and folders are. It may just be that you've got a lot of garbage on your computer. Windows won't run very well with a full HDD.

Well I have this thing called "My Book" it gives you 400 GB of space. I think that's a little too much. Then there are chips that carry 1 or 2 GB of space. Those are really handy. But you could delete some things you don't need in the temporary files or excess software.

Buy another harddrive and slave it to your machine as a secondary drive. You can get a 100GB drive for like $60 if you look around. Then move allyour nonessential data from your C drive to your new drive. You know documents, pictures, videos, music. Use the C drive for software only and the new drive for data only. you machine will run smoother too. Hope this helps.

either delete bulky files or software or buy an add on hard drive. Memory can be inputed into your computer. Ask someone at Best Buy or Circuit City. They can help you find some locally. Good luck!

You could get an external hard drive, but you also might want to think about removing some programs on your computer that you don't need and/or archiving old documents using winzip, winRAR or 7-zip to make more room.
