Well, first I'd break out a ruler to see what I was dealing with. Then I'd see if it was in working order, alone and with company.
Then, I'd do alot of scratching and make alot of manly noises and leave the toilet seat up and watch some sports in my recliner, then I'd go whistle at some babes and check out what's doing in the men's room and use my first urinal, and I'd adjust my package alot and see all the neat places I had hair and I wouldn't talk about my feelings and I'd refuse to go to any chick flicks, and then I'd drink some beer, belch, and go back to being a woman with a sigh of relief!
