If any, what are the disadvantages of residing in Tagaytay for retirees?

Retirees are usually in their twilight years, and will need access to good medical care. Tagaytay might be a tad too far from the more reputable and complete acute-care hospitals and doctors.

The volcano might erupt and then millions of years later archeologist will dig you up.

you will need to have a car to get around. thats about it, anythign else, its perfect for retirees.
