Go to Tools\Options in your browser and enter any address you want. If it won't work or some strange page is setting automatically as a home page it means that you have a spyware. In that case download some anti spyware software (SpyBot - Search & Destroy is good solution and it is free) and scan your computer

Go to the page you want as your homepage. Go to your toolbar at the top of your page, click tools, click internet options on the dropdown menu, and select use current. Oh, and it's in some tab, I think just general, on internet V.7.
