5x5 is the statistics used. 5 offense, and 5 pitching, in this case. Batting Average, HRs, RBIs, Rs, and SBs will most likely be used for offense. ERA, WHIP, Wins, Saves, and Ks will be the pitching stats.

H2H means Head-to-Head. This means that each week will pit you against one opponent. At the end of the season, whoever has won the most of the ten (5+5) stat categories each week is the winner.

Standard Rotisserie is where, in a 12-team league, you get 12 points for finishing first in a category, 11 for second place, etc... Each week pits you against all the other teams, not just one. At the end of the year, the team with the highest number of points is declared the winner.

Just elaborating on the first answer-StdRoto and H2H are the ways you compete with the other teams. 5x5 is the scoring system used. So what CBS is offering is two ways to play (Roto and H2H) using standard 5x5 scoring.

btw-H2H has little to do with fantasy baseball, and is pretty dumb for fantasy baseball. It's adopted from fantasy football where it makes sense with all teams playing once each week except one bye week which is pretty easy to plan for. Since baseball scehduling is completely different it's easy to win or lose simply because you can the advantage or disadvantage of extra opportunities (I'm telling you this from experience, I won a H2H league a few years ago because in the final I added and dropped starters enough to accumulate 35 starts to the other guys 8, 14 wins to his 5, and 111 K's to his 47--all of which was so funy it was stupid and I made it into my desktop for over a year. This doesn't work in Roto, which is a lot more in tune with a 162 game season.

H2H is head to head, where every week you play a different team. Stdroto is where your stats are collected the whole season and u get a certain amount of points for where u rank in the league for each catagory. And srry but i cant help u with 5x5.
