as a results of fact of a relatives history of in all danger cardiac deaths, yet until now there replaced into plenty a actual prognosis on dying certificates, I had an entire cardiac paintings up. i've got had a history of what i presumed have been palpitations, speedy beat, etc. variety of frightening stuff. I had a minor episode of those symptoms on the same time as actually modern technique between the assessments, which replaced into in certainty video of my coronary heart working. there have been no palpitations... no longer something to do with the midsection. i found out from the coronary heart expert that the muscular tissues interior the wall of the chest around the midsection could have twitches... in simple terms like an eye fixed can twitch.... apparently that's what happens to me.... & apparently that's extremely common.... & like palpitations may be brought about with the help of stress.

"A normal pulse rate for a healthy adult, while resting, can range from 60 to 100 beats per minute (BPM). During sleep, this can drop to as low as 40 BPM; during strenuous exercise, it can rise as high as 200–220 BPM."

So, 58 isn't a big deal. And sometimes it is just hard to feel your own pulse. If it's really worrying you consult a doctor.
