That sounds like me. I wear a light weight foundation (usually the lightest color). For my eyes, I use browns-greens-basically earth tones. Brown or green eyeliner. For blush I use peach or neutrals. For my lips, I use a brown tone liner and lip gloss. Then I take a shimmer powder and add it to my eyes with a light touch and the top of my cheek bones.

Based on the color of her hair i would go with a foundation the same color as her skin Recommended brand: dream matte mousse foundation , the rest of her face should be earth tones, earth tones would compliment her hair and her complexion and would also keep her looking very natural yet beautiful. nothing to flashy though!

No Pink! Stay with natural colors such as browns and peach. Also, try smoky-eye look with black eyeliner and grey shadows.-Do not highlight other parts of face if you do this look. Too much distractions is terrible!
