I was listening to Barack on the radio the other day,he actually sounded like a decent guy and a good candidate if you believe what he says but does he stand a chance of being President? I don't think so,if for no other reason than that both parties seem to be trying to eat their young on this election and I don't think he has the strong enough credentials to survive it. So does he end up being Hillary's VP? I hope neither of them win if for no other reason than the fact that my taxes would at least double if either one of thems elected in order to pay on the huge debt the current Dipshit in Chief has built up and so they can start all their social programs they want like National Health Care, might be a great deal for the non working people of the US but it will suck the life out of working people. But who do you think wins,my personal opinion is that neither of them is electable without the other, which makes Obama VP because I know Hillary isn't going to take back seat to anyone.

in the beginning all the front runners do. they have to start out early for fundraising purposes. As the dirt and mudslinging starts the pack gets separated. It is to early to say today, but, give it a few months. its a cold fact that whatever party runs up the most cash has the better chance. we will probably see an "unknown" get the nod at the conventions.

Barack Obama is our junior United States Senator here in Illinois. and all can say is: You morons.. I live in Chicago. Obama is OWNED by the Democratic party. Obama endorsed (in the last election last year) a man by the name of Todd Stroger for Cook County Board president after being ORDERED to by Mayor Daley , Mr Stroger has now cut all programs for the poor in Cook County health clinics. There have been protests against this guy with people getting beat. up by his goons. Stroger does not work for the people he loves personal perks like an exclusive elevator at Cook County Headquarters and 24 hour personal limousine service. He proposed budget cuts for the Cook County Sheriff, which has been widely criticized. Stroger has responded that these cuts are necessary for fiscal responsibility. These unpopular moves coupled with what was perceived as nepotism during his election has made Stroger arguably the most unpopular political figure in Cook County.People HATE Stroger and this was how Barack Obama minded his party like a good little puppet. I did not vote for Stroger I KNEW and SO DID OBAMA and the democrats what Todd Stroger was, it was a big corrupt democratic machine (OBAMA'S a friend of that machine) that got him on the ticket to run and Obama endorsed this piece of crap CAUSE HIS PARTY TOLD HIM TO so you fools go ahead and think he's an independent thinking man and YOU TOO will find out as we did here in Illinois ...you guys are dopes!

people who say he has no danger frequently have not had any exposure to him. in the journey that your exposure to him is in simple terms the media infatuation with him, he could look as though an empty blouse. he's awfuly sensible, politically experienced, and a charismatic speaker. in case you have no longer yet seen his speech on the 2004 Democratic convention, seek for it out. that's no longer a Howard Dean indignant-at-the-worldwide flow he's driving. Obama would not motivate anger, he evokes desire. If he can stay available until it comes time to have properly attended, broadcast common debates, he would be ble to sway those together with his words. Neither Clinton or Obama are vice chairman cloth. Clinton believes that's her turn and could no longer take the vice chairman place. And no candidate will take Obama... its no longer a solid thought to have your vice chairman candidate be the extra charismatic of the two (see: Kerry/Edwards).

If Iraq is the deciding issue, then Barack and Hillary will lose. The voters are going with someone that they feel has the experience to navigate the mess that the war has become. Colin Powell would have done well if he had chosen to run.

i believe barack has more credibility as a politician even though he has been in less office time. Also he may be a more fresher voice with new views about the world as we know it. Since he is black and moslem, he knows the hardships and struggles a person faces to in the end be on a road to sucess. His sucess was to make America a stronger country and one with a decent change in diplomatic skills. He seems to be keen on breaking barriers between race and maybe even help out the people in darfur and all the gunpointing towards every moslem on the planet.

also jews and native americans will rise again!!!!!yah!!!!

With his speeches and a little humor, he could encourage the youth to vote in 2008. since the youth has a new view of society and war. they might be enlightened to a new type of politian.
the youth needs to vote for a change to be made

In the end if barack doesnt win the primary, he would be a great sidekick for hilary.

Hillary will win. There are more racist people than sexist people are in America. I didn't think it would be a factor until I heard people on the street talking. Also, the main reason non-racist people wont vote for him is because of his experience. My prediction is that Hillary wins big and the taxes destroy us.

No he stands no chance whatsover, take how racist your average person is and realize half of them are more racist (think Alabama or Mississippi). No women or black man is in a position to win the presidential election, sad but true.
