Oxford University Press will not finance you as an individual. If you really need the 20 volume set, your best bet is to put it on a credit card. However, I'd suggest you can get by with the 2 volume edition (the whole thing shrunk and viewed with a magnifying glass)--you can pick up a used copy for less than a hundred bucks. I haven't used the cd-rom, but I would bet that's more convenient than the behemoth as well.
